A Little About Working With Me:
I'm Kirsten, a qualified (MNCPS Acc.) and experienced Pluralistic Psychotherapist, Counsellor, Hypnotherapist and Mental Health & Wellbeing blogger. N.B. I also offer Guided Relaxation sessions.
I believe therapy should be a collaborative process and that healing is achievable with the right support. My approach is warm, compassionate and grounded in respect. So you can come as you are.
I provide a safe, friendly space to talk openly about what's on your mind - at your pace (and with your comfort at the forefront). Together, we can work through your challenges in a supportive, comfortable and encouraging atmosphere. Therapy doesn't have to be heavy; so let's explore your concerns together in a relaxed environment. Through a variety of evidence-based practices and a touch of humour (when appropriate!), we'll collaborate on meeting your needs and goals.
